Project Nexus is Purview Group's flagship data centre development — a 50MW build-to-suit hyperscale facility in Hyderabad designed for a global hyperscaler tenant. With a £70M+ UKEF-backed financing structure, Oracle infrastructure alignment, and British Embassy institutional support, Project Nexus represents the most ambitious data centre project in Purview's portfolio.

The facility is designed to Tier III+ specification with full N+1 power and cooling redundancy, renewable energy integration, and a PUE target of below 1.4 — setting a new benchmark for sustainable hyperscale infrastructure in India.
