Project Nexus: Purview Advances 50MW Hyperscale Data Centre with UKEF-Backed Financing

Purview Group's flagship data centre development — a 50MW build-to-suit hyperscale facility in Hyderabad targeting a global hyperscaler tenant — moves forward with a structured £70M+ UK Export Finance-backed financing package. The project, supported by Oracle India and the British Embassy, establishes Purview as a Tier-1 data centre developer in India.

The facility targets Tier III+ specification with full N+1 redundancy, renewable energy integration, and PUE below 1.4. Commercial operations are targeted for 2027.
